SES Intergration

On a Secure Enterprise Project,  and add to had some Intergration notes with different Features.
Project consist of Oracle SES with Active directory, E-Business Suite, Microsoft Exchange, UCM

Will Fill in notes has theyh come in.

E-Business Suite Intergration

E-Business 11i Needs

1. Install or upgrade your instance to Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 with the following requirement:
• Oracle Applications Technology Update for 11i.ATG_PF.H Cumulative Update 2 (CU2)
• Oracle Applications Technology 11i.ATG_PF.H.delta.6 (Release Update Pack 6)
• Apply Patch 8225631: AppSearch Cummulative Patch For Oracle E-Business Suite
• Set up 'Apps Search Proxy User'.   “sesadmin”
• Assign FND_SEARCH_CRAWLER to this user
• Ensure password does not reset on next login

2  Run the $FND_TOP/patch/115/sql/AFSRCHCF.sql script through the following steps

o   Telnet to Oracle E-Business Suite application tier and go to $FND_TOP/patch/115/sql.

o    Execute the script "AFSRCHCF.sql" as below:

·         sqlplus apps/<PWD>@<E-Businesss Two Task> @ AFSRCHCF.sql

·         Enter the following information when prompted by the script:

·         SES URL h

·         SES Admin User: eqsys

·         SES Admin User password: Enter the password for the user 'eqsys'.

·         Apps Search proxy user: Enter a valid Oracle E-Business Suite username that you defined in the first step. This user must have the
FND_SEARCH_CRAWLER responsibility.

·         Apps Search proxy user password: Enter the password for the Oracle E-Business Suite username.

SES Needs

o     Proxy Username

o    Proxy password

o     SSO URL for Login

o    SSO URL for Post Login

NOTE:   depending on Search Configuration requirements of E-Business Suite,  We may have to install E-Business Suite Search Modeler to define the data sources:  This is a separate Install. And a separate tasks

Exchange

Exchange Requirements

o     Ensure IIS Is up and running

o    Ensure the ADODB .dll in registered on the exchange server

o   The file ADODB.dll is usually included in the Windows .NET  framework SDK. However, if this file is not on your computer, then you must download the ADODB.dll

o    Download from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=FE6F2099-B7B4-4F47-A244-C96D69C35DEC&displaylang=en

o    

o    gacutil /i adodb.dll

Setup a User with Super User Privledges

NOTE:  Proper permissions on the Exchange server must be granted to the Exchange administrator. The Exchange server is crawled with the permission of a super user with the Send as and Receive as privileges. The easiest way to configure this is to use an administrator as super user or create a super user with the administrator privilege and the Send as and Receive as privileges

NOTE:  If Outlook Web Access is required

For Each Server you want to enable Expand the server for which you want to enable forms-based authentication, and then expand Protocols.

Expand HTTP, right-click Exchange Virtual Server, and then click Properties.

In the Exchange Virtual Server Properties dialog box, on the Settings tab, in the Outlook Web Access pane, select the Enable Forms Based Authentication option.

Click Apply, and then click OK

SES Setup

UCM Setup

Create a User with the following privledges

Delete	View, Check In, Check Out, Get Copy, and Delete documents
Admin	View, Check In, Check Out, Get Copy, and Delete document
